Refund Policy

30-day refund window

We want you to be satisfied with Nexyvora. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. We do not operate an "all sales final" policy — every paid customer is entitled to request a refund within the window described here.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment providers, Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) and, where applicable, Stripe. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, then click "Request a refund" on the relevant order.
  2. If you paid via Stripe, please reach out via our contact form (topic "Refund request") and we will coordinate the refund with Stripe on your behalf.
  3. You can also contact us directly via the contact form at any time and we will help you with the process.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually completes within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By purchasing a Pro subscription and starting to use Pro features, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Art. 16 lit. m Consumer Rights Directive). Our 30-day refund policy above is offered voluntarily and is more generous than the statutory minimum.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period. The 30-day refund window applies to your most recent payment.
