Private Software Project — Maintained as a personal software project and portfolio showcase. Not currently offered as a commercial product or service.

Portfolio

Selected work

Professional projects, learning experiments, and the quieter things I've built on the side. Each one is framed the same way: problem, approach, solution, and what it taught me.

Professional work

E-commerce Operations — Fashion Retail

Problem
A multi-brand fashion retailer needed calmer, more consistent Shopify operations — cleaner catalogues, better lifecycle emails, fewer manual fires.
Approach
Mapped the full flow from purchasing to product page to Klaviyo sequences. Standardised the merchandising checklist. Rewrote key customer touchpoints.
Solution
Cleaner product data, structured newsletter cadence, tighter cross-team handoffs with photography, purchasing and customer service.
Lessons learned
Retail operations rewards patience and small compounding improvements more than any single 'growth hack'.

Building & learning

AI-Assisted Product Experiments

Problem
Curiosity about where AI genuinely helps small e-commerce teams — and where it just makes noise.
Approach
Prototyped internal tools for catalogue enrichment, listing drafts and analysis. Ran them against real data before trusting them.
Solution
A working prototype and a personal opinion on what to keep, what to throw away, and what to hand off to humans.
Lessons learned
AI is a very fast intern. Useful, but it still needs judgement, taste and someone who reads the output.

Web development

Artist Website

Problem
An artist needed a quiet, well-typeset website — no template look, easy to update, fast on mobile.
Approach
Designed the layout around the work itself. Kept the palette restrained. Focused on typography and generous whitespace.
Solution
A small, elegant site that feels closer to a printed catalogue than a marketing page.
Lessons learned
For creative portfolios, restraint is a feature. The work should carry the page.

Co-founder

Union F.R.E.Y.A. — NGO

Problem
Young women in Georgia needed better access to civic education, mentorship and leadership training.
Approach
Co-founded a small NGO. Wrote grant proposals, ran programmes, managed volunteers and communications.
Solution
A running organisation, several completed programmes, and a community that outlasted our direct involvement.
Lessons learned
Institutions are just habits, made visible.

Personal project

This Website

Problem
I wanted a single home for my work, writing, research and story — that could grow with my career instead of being replaced every two years.
Approach
Built with TanStack Start and Tailwind. Designed for calm reading, minimal motion, and easy long-term maintenance.
Solution
The site you're reading now. Written and coded by me, extended slowly.
Lessons learned
Owning your own website is a small, deeply satisfying act of independence.

In progress

Future Applications

Problem
Ideas I want to explore next — around learning, personal knowledge, and small tools for operators.
Approach
Sketching, reading, writing before coding.
Solution
TBD — this page will grow.
Lessons learned
The best time to start is quietly, without announcing it.
