Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use Nexyvora.

Prohibited content and uses

You must not use Nexyvora to generate, upload, host, or distribute:

• content that is illegal in Austria, the EU, or your jurisdiction;
• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance;
• non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery, or deepfakes of real people;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, design, or patent rights;
• hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent content targeting a person or group;
• content that promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or terrorism;
• fraudulent, deceptive, scam, phishing, or pyramid-scheme content;
• misleading health, medical, legal, financial, or election claims presented as fact;
• listings for regulated goods you are not licensed to sell (weapons, prescription drugs, controlled substances, recalled products, hazardous materials, live animals where prohibited);
• counterfeit goods or unauthorised replicas of branded products;
• personal data of third parties that you have no right to process.

Platform abuse

You must not:

• probe, scan, or test the security of the Service or attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or auth;
• scrape, mirror, or harvest data from the Service or our blog at scale;
• jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise attempt to override system instructions or safety filters;
• upload malware, worms, or any code that could damage the Service or other users;
• resell, sublicense, or wrap the Service into a competing product without written permission;
• create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or the free-tier quota;
• impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

AI outputs

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated text before publishing it. AI outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, or claims that are not legally permitted in your market. Do not use Nexyvora to make regulated claims (medical, financial, safety, environmental) without your own verification and, where required, professional review.

Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this AUP, file a DMCA / IP takedown, or report illegal content, use the contact form and choose the appropriate topic. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, filter or refuse outputs, throttle usage, suspend or terminate accounts, retain forensic records, and cooperate with authorities. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned.
